Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to create high-quality video content for our platforms. You will be responsible for producing engaging short- and long-form video content, writing copy and scripts, appearing on camera when needed, and optimizing content for multiple social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, while our in-house video editor and graphic designer will support post-production.

Responsibilities within the team:

• Gaming & Casino: tutorials, strategies, reviews, live gameplay, bonuses, tips

• Giveaways & Contests: announcements, participation tutorials, winner reveals, unboxings

• Lifestyle & Entertainment: vlogs, behind-the-scenes, collaborations, trending formats

• Football & Sports: news, match analysis, betting tips (with disclaimers)

• Industry Trends: casino news, new launches, promotions, responsible gaming content

• Conceptualize, film, and present video content (tutorials, reviews, vlogs, news, lifestyle)

• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook

• Write engaging copy, captions, and video scripts (EN & RO)

• Optimize titles, descriptions, and content for social media algorithms

• Monitor trends and quickly adapt content for virality

• Manage and grow social media channels and engage with the community

• Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy

• Ensure compliance with gambling regulations and platform policies

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• Fluent English (C1+) and native Romanian

• Strong on-camera presence (confident, natural, versatile)

• Solid copywriting and scriptwriting skills

• Understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

• Ability to identify and leverage trends quickly

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• 2–3+ years of experience in content creation or social media

• Experience in gaming/gambling content is a plus
