Position Overview:

  • As part of our growing marketing organization supporting multiple ventures in the iGaming space, the SEO Specialist will play a key role in driving organic growth, visibility, and authority across our digital ecosystem.

    You’ll blend analytical thinking with creative strategy to optimize our web presence, improve rankings, and strengthen our brand’s reputation through technical excellence, on-page optimization, and digital PR initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and wants to make a measurable impact on growth.

Responsibilities within the team:

On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization strategies.

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.

  • Collaborate with content teams to apply SEO best practices across core pages, landing pages, and game descriptions.

Technical SEO

  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.

  • Identify and report technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing problems, and page speed improvements).

  • Support structured data implementation and mobile usability audits.

Off-Page SEO & Digital PR

  • Build high-quality backlinks from relevant iGaming and high-authority domains.

  • Execute outreach campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Manage and optimize presence on review and rating platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Casino.org).

  • Monitor and enhance the brand’s reputation across forums, blogs, and media outlets.

  • Track brand mentions and engage with audiences to maintain a positive brand image.

SEO Analysis & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.

  • Assist in compiling regular SEO performance reports and insights.

  • Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends within the iGaming sector.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO strategies.

  • Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and iGaming industry developments.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies and at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position - iGaming experience is preferred, but not mandatory.   

  • Proficient with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or Semrush.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, and analyze website performance.

  • Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or SEMrush SEO is an advantage.

  • Basic HTML & CMS Knowledge: Understanding of how websites work and experience.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and evaluate performance.
