Position Overview:
As part of our tech organization delivering products for the iGaming space, the Senior Product Manager will help shape the future of our platforms.
You will take ownership of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that delight our players and drive business results. This role is both strategic and hands-on, you will be involved in everything from ideation and market research to sprint planning and post-launch analysis.
Responsibilities within the team:
Define and lead the product strategy for our gaming platforms
Collaborate with design, development, CRM, and marketing to bring new features to life
Analyze player behavior, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities
Prioritize the product backlog and manage delivery timelines in an Agile setup
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
Track key metrics like retention, conversion, and feature adoption
Continuously improve user experience through testing, feedback, and iteration
Job requirements
Facing the challenges of the role requires:
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in iGaming or a related digital industry
Strong understanding of player psychology and gaming mechanics
Experience with CRM tools, gamification, bonus systems, and segmentation
Comfortable working with data—whether it’s dashboards, KPIs, or A/B test results
Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders and keep projects moving
Familiarity with compliance and responsible gaming standards
Nice to Have
Exposure to international markets
Technical background or hands-on experience with APIs, UX/UI, or product analytics
A genuine interest in gaming and emerging tech like crypto or AI personalization
