Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Games Manager to develop, manage and grow our gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful game projects. This mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the gaming strategy and deliver high-quality, engaging experiences to our audience.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Games to oversee the curation and performance of the company's game offerings, ensuring a diverse and engaging selection of titles

  • Liaise with the Head of Games to build and maintain strong relationships with game providers, onboard new titles, and secure exclusive content

  • Stay updated on industry trends on different markets, player preferences, and competitor offerings to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage

  • Monitor day-to-day performance of the casino product (games) for our brands

  • Analyze game performance metrics (e.g. player engagement, retention, and revenue) and use insights to improve the portfolio as well as game positioning

  • Ensure all games and associated processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies

  • Work closely with CRM, Support, product, and all technology teams to align daily game operations, launches and promotions with business goals

  • Lead and grow a team of Game Managers to match the needs, goals and growth of the company

  • Liaise and directly report to Head of Casino Operations

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry

  • Strong understanding of casino games, promotions, player behavior, and market trends

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with game providers

  • Experience analyzing performance data and applying insights to optimize offerings

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the iGaming space

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
