Position Overview:

The Sales Agent is responsible for driving high-quality revenue from low and mid-tier players through proactive outbound engagement. This role focuses on successful deposit conversion, decline reduction, revenue sustainability. The position requires a disciplined, performance and sales -driven professional

Responsibilities within the team:

Player Conversion and Revenue Growth:

  • Proactively engage assigned Core player segments via outbound calls and direct communication

  • Convert engagement into successful deposits and increased deposit frequency

  • Reactivate dormant players within approved promotional frameworks

  • Identify and escalate players with VIP potential

Deposit Conversion and Decline Management:

  • Monitor deposit attempts

  • Guide players toward successful payment methods

  • Coordinate with Payments when systemic decline issues are identified

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Experience in iGaming sales, or outbound engagement

  • Strong understanding of online payment methods and transaction behavior

  • Experience working within KPI-driven environments

  • Excellent sales and soft skills

  • Understanding of bonus mechanics and revenue impact

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German

  • High attention to detail and compliance awareness

  • Ability to balance commercial drive with risk control discipline

  • Flexibility to work shift hours and weekends (flexible hours, on a shift basis)
