Position Overview:

As a Project Manager in the Operations department, you will drive efficiency, compliance, and profitability projects across VIP CRM, Games, and Content, ensuring alignment with operational strategy and regulatory requirements. You will act as the bridge between Operations, Engineering, Product, Payments, Support, Risk, and leadership to secure seamless execution of technical and product initiatives.

Responsibilities within the team:

Operational Project Planning & Execution

  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs for Operations projects

  • Manage projects to improve operational efficiency, player experience, and regulatory readiness

  • Monitor progress, adjust plans proactively, and ensure deadlines are met

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with VIP CRM, Games, Content, Risk (if applicable), Payments, Support, Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams to implement initiatives

  • Ensure dependencies between teams are properly mapped and managed

  • Communicate operational impact of changes to leadership

Process Optimization & Standardization

  • Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and propose solutions

  • Implement best practices across multi-license and multi-vertical operations

  • Document workflows, SOPs, and escalation matrices

Risk & Compliance Integration

  • Ensure operational projects comply with AML, KYC, VIP exposure, and regulatory requirements

  • Highlight risks early and coordinate mitigation plans

  • Support audit and regulatory reporting needs

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide progress updates to Head of Operations

  • Prepare dashboards for operational KPIs, including project success, SLA improvements, and process adoption

  • Document lessons learned and post-project evaluations

Team Support & Change Management

  • Assist Operations team in adopting new processes or tools

  • Train staff on project outputs or system changes

  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration and operational consistency

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • Strong understanding of iGaming operations (VIP, CRM, Games, Content)

  • Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)

  • Excellent communication with both technical teams and executives

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving and risk awareness

  • Experience in multi-license or multi-vertical iGaming environments is a plus

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams
