Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with affiliates. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing affiliate campaigns, negotiating and executing partnership agreements, and driving revenue growth through affiliate channels.
Responsibilities within the team:
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation;
Manage a team of affiliate managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations;
Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise;
Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize conversions and maximize ROI;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks;
Identify, evaluate, and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network;
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions;
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop customized affiliate campaigns and promotional materials;
Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, answering queries, resolving issues, and sharing performance reports and insights;
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including affiliate conversions, player value, and revenue;
Develop and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting uccesses, challenges, and recommendations for improvement;
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards for affiliate marketing activities;
Monitor affiliates' compliance with program guidelines and policies, taking appropriate action when necessary;
Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry practices, adapting the affiliate program accordingly.
Facing the challenges of the role requires:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry;
Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth;
Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of online casino, sports betting, and related products;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and stakeholders;
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights;
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools;
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends;
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations related to iGaming and affiliate marketing.
