Position Overview:
The VIP CRM Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing CRM strategies to engage, retain, and maximize value from VIP players. The role involves using player data to deliver personalized campaigns, collaborating with VIP managers and marketing teams, and ensuring a premium experience for highvalue clients.
Responsibilities within the team:
Design and manage VIP loyalty programs to enhance engagement and retention
Segment VIP players by value and monitor behavior to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and execute data-driven VIP CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-game messages
Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
Analyze VIP player behavior including deposits, game preferences, and engagement metrics
Generate reports on VIP activity, campaign performance, and revenue impact
Collaborate with VIP hosts, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive VIP experience
Ensure compliance with responsible gaming regulations for high-value players
Monitor industry trends and competitor VIP programs to recommend improvements
Job requirements
Facing the challenges of the role requires:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably focused on VIP or high-value customers in iGaming
Proven experience managing high-value client relationships and campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Optimove, Fasttrack or similar
Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
