Position Overview:
As an Automation Manager you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across business processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize operational performance. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Responsibilities within the team:
Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), scripting, or workflow automation platforms
Collaborate with operations, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes and implement continuous improvements
Maintain documentation of automation processes, workflows, and protocols
Train and support team members on automation tools and best practices
Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and recommend adoption where applicable
Manage automation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Job requirements
Facing the challenges of the role requires:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in automation in the Igaming industry , process improvement, or technology implementation
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python scripting, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments
Knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and change management
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
