Position Overview:

As an Affiliate Manager, you'll support the growth of our affiliate program across Sweden and Denmark by managing and developing a portfolio of affiliate partners. Working closely with the Head of Affiliates, you'll help identify new partnership opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of our affiliate program across regulated markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their affiliate marketing career in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across partnership management, commercial negotiations, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance while gradually taking on greater responsibility within the team.

You'll play a key role in growing our affiliate network across the Nordic region, working closely with partners to build meaningful relationships and create value for both our brands and affiliates.

Responsibilities within the team:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across Sweden and Denmark, forging long-lasting partnerships built on trust, collaboration, and shared goals.

  • Nurture existing partner relationships, helping them grow alongside our brands while identifying new ways to strengthen engagement and performance.

  • Support the execution of the affiliate strategy for the Nordic markets, contributing ideas and initiatives that support sustainable business growth.

  • Assist with lead generation, outreach, and onboarding of new affiliate partners, including content publishers, comparison sites, SEO affiliates, media buyers, communities, and other relevant traffic sources.

  • Build genuine relationships with partners, acting as a trusted and reliable point of contact throughout their journey with us.

  • Monitor affiliate performance and contribute toward key acquisition metrics, including FTDs, revenue, ROI, retention, and player value.

  • Support commercial discussions and partnership optimization across CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid agreements.

  • Analyze campaign and partner performance, identifying opportunities to maximize value and improve long-term results.

  • Monitor traffic quality and player behavior, helping to identify fraudulent, low-quality, or non-compliant activity.

  • Work with affiliate and reporting platforms such as ReferOn, Power BI, AppsFlyer, or similar technologies.

  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with local regulations, responsible gaming requirements, and internal compliance policies.

  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, CRM, Product, BI, Compliance, and Legal to support broader acquisition and retention objectives.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities within the Nordic region.

Job requirements

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

  • 1–2 years of experience in affiliate management, affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing.

  • Experience within iGaming, sports betting, online gaming, or another performance-driven digital industry is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.

  • A passion for building relationships and developing successful partnerships.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, and business development.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and partner relationships simultaneously.

  • Experience working with affiliate platforms and reporting tools is an advantage but not essential.
